The Indonesian language is gaining increasing international interest along with the growing number of foreign tourists, international students, expatriates, digital nomads, researchers, and cultural enthusiasts visiting Indonesia, especially Bali. As a world-class tourism destination and an international cultural hub, Bali holds strong potential to become a center for Indonesian language learning for foreign speakers (BIPA).

Kampung Bahasa Global (KBG) introduces an experiential learning approach combined with Bali’s natural environment to create a comfortable, immersive, and enjoyable learning atmosphere. The communicative method that has successfully been implemented in English learning programs is now adapted into the BIPA Program to help participants learn Indonesian actively, contextually, and practically.

This program carries the concept:

Participants will not only study Indonesian inside the classroom, but also experience Indonesian culture and Balinese daily life directly through educational tourism activities, social interaction, traditional arts, cultural immersion, and real-life communication practice.

The BIPA Program at KBG integrates language learning with cultural experiences, community engagement, and healing-oriented activities that promote meaningful and enjoyable learning experiences.

Through this program, participants are expected to improve their Indonesian language skills while gaining a deeper understanding of Indonesian culture, hospitality, traditions, and local wisdom.
